Our cleaning team specializes in same-day turnovers to keep your home clean and well-stocked.

  • Flat rate pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges (based on the number of bedrooms).

  • Toiletry restocking with your supply or ours for an additional booking fee per reservation.
  • Laundry services for linens and towels.
  • Basic housekeeping that includes fresh bath towels and linens for beds, clean bathrooms, dusting, and floor cleaning.
  • Kitchen cleaning includes the refrigerator, stove, microwave, counters, cabinets, and dishes.

Guest Services and Maintenance

Our team is on call 24/7/365 to assist with any guest services and required maintenance to insure an exceptional experience.

Additional charges may be billed to owners for normal wear and tear on appliances, major work and upgrades requiring a licensed contractor, pressure washing, deep cleans, landscape enhancements and any other projects that require the property to remain in optimal condition. Charges, which are not included in the Damage Waiver Protection Plan, may be billed to guest for intentional damage caused to the property.

City and State Compliance

Each municipality has different requirements for vacation properties. Failure to produce the necessary documents and file for required permits will have your rental out of compliance, which can lead to fines as high as $1000 per day for every day the property is non-compliant.

The process is time-consuming and Affinity will not be responsible for bringing your home into compliance.
